Toe cage (splint/brace)

Had a small wound on the toe that did't get enough air flow to heal.
This simple brace made it possible for me to wear shoes and socks again without any discomfort.

I used a strip of surgical tape to hold it in place but not sure if it's necessary.

Update: added v2 - slimmed down and better ergonomics.
