Elegoo Mars/Pro/2/2 Pro Screwless Build Plate Hanger

This is a design for a build plate hanger that doesn't require any extra hardware. It's set at a 50° angle with a 10° forward sweep so that the back corner of the build plate is at the lowest point.

There are three versions included, the Supported and Unsupported are designed for printing flat on the build plate of your Mars 2 (Mars/Mars Pro will need to be angled). The supported version includes a thin resin support that is easily removed (instructions below).The FDM ready version can be printed flat on an FDM build plate with support only needed for the arm hole.

Install it by:

1. Remove the front build plate screw.
2. Slide the hanger over top of the build plate mount.
3. Reinstall the front build plate screw.
4. Level your build plate as normal.

To remove the support from the arm hole:

1. Print and wash as normal.
2. Before curing, dip the print in warm tap water for a couple of minutes. The thin resin will become soft and easy to cut.
3. Remove the softened support with either a hobby knife or the side cutters included with your printer.
4. Cure as normal.

The files are on the larger side because I'm picky about the quality of the STLs I upload, especially with the level of detail resin printers are able to produce. I hate seeing noticeable facets.
