Added a version of the PID enclosure the allows for the addition of the Cooling Fin that attaches to the Solid State Relay. (PID_Enclosure_SSRfin_V4 (revised 5/30 for more heatsink clearance), PID_EnclosureBack_SSRfin_V3)

UPDATE 01/13/21. I changed the PDF to reflect a difference in the AC switch. The red power switch is removable and sometimes is placed in backwards. I switched the pdf to reflect the switch in the same position as the video.

This Thing will show you how to build your own Injection Molding Machine for around $200. Watch the video for step by step instructions on how to build and wire the machine.

The STL files are for the Temperature PID enclosure with back cover, Injection Holder knobs, and Plunger Knobs.

To print the Injection Holder knobs you will need to print up to a certain level then pause the print. You will then need to add two 1/4 course hex nuts and then finish printing.

Also included in the Things File are PDF files that show how to set up the wiring.
