Englisch

I have searched a way to join boards without sawing, drilling or screwing.

there is not much to say, the pictures speak for themselves. the threaded inserts are from Ruthex on Amazon, i use M5, but smaller ones could work too, probably it would work without threaded inserts if you adjust the holes to the screw size, but i can't recommend it.

in the slicer you have to take care to make the whole thing stable, i worked with 6 walls with 0,5mm line width, so 3mm wall thickness, if your line width is 0,4 then the number of walls has to be increased accordingly. For a good layer connection I worked with 0.28 layer height. for stability the infill is less important than the wall thickness, my infill density is 50%.

Material is PLA+ because the staples should be as hard as possible and I don't have ABS, PETG works less well because it can bend under load, but if the construction is not heavily loaded PETG works just as well.
