You have to scale this (65% should be a good number).
Measure before printing ! (3D builder has a good measuring tool)
Also you can use 3D builder as a cutting tool to split up the models, very good software !
I made this model myself from scratch -> you are allowed to do everything you want with it, even sell it. Just don't pretend you made it.
