Adapter for ONEUP EDC Tool to Dynaplug Tubeles tire plug

This is a threaded adapter for a ONE-UP components EDC tool to allow the mounting of a Dynaplug brand tire plug system.

The dynaplug shaft is too long to fit into the original EDC inner cap that is included with the V2 tool so I designed a longer one. This cap has a pin on the inside to keep the plug head in place while allowing for a deeper space around it to store multiple other plugs and dynaplug accessories such as the knife and air stopper tool

The third part is a longer outer cap which gives a bit more room under the extended inner cap than the one included with the tool. it is about 2.5cm longer than stock and the length was chosen as it is the longest that will fit in my current bike.

The cylinders were printed variable layer height with most of the shaft at .25mm until the threaded portion which was printed at .07mm using prusaslicer to keep print time down and still give good resolution for the threads.
The adapter was printed at .07, it is so small that it doesn't take much time even at the high resolution.
I have only tested this with the standard size plug from dynaplug, the Megaplugs are bigger diameter and will likely not allow for storage of additional parts in the small cap.

The dynaplug cylinders rattle around in the small cap so I stuffed a small piece of foam in there which is just enough to keep everything from moving and making noise while riding.

This has been tested on the trail and works well. I unfortunately took a poor line through a rockgarden and suffered a puncture on my first ride after installing this on my bike, after over a year with no flats, go figure.
