Description
This is a motor shaft cover for a vintage Craftsman electric motor.
On these motors, it is common for the shaft to protrude from both sides of the motor. However, only one side is typically used. This creates a dangerous situation with one end of the shaft rotating in the open. It can be attached with two of the screws used to secure the shaft bearing cover.
This cover is based on an original Craftsman part that is no longer manufacturered.
No supports should be needed when printing. I used PLA+, however ABS and PETG would work just as well.
