This easy-to-build case lets you work on a puzzle, put it away, and work on it again! Or, take it with you on your vacation.
The nesting trays hold puzzle pieces so they can't get jumbled! There's a tray for your puzzle-in-progress, and a tray for pieces that you haven't puzzled yet. And, there's a lid!
The whole thing is made from 5.5mm hardboard, some thin strips of wood, 4 #6/32 x 1.25" machine screws and nuts, and these 3d printed parts - you can print all the parts on a small (200mm x 200mm) 3d printer.
You'll probably need a table saw to build this project. The 3 pieces of sheet should be +/- 1-2 mm on each dimension - this is the tolerance expected by the model which you can adjust.
