Summary

These are handles for a puky walking bike. It has a waffle texture for the fingers and a differerent texture for the thumb. The handles shall be printed in flexible material.

The diameter of the puky handle bar is approx. 20.4mm. The model has a inner diameter of 20.8mm and consideres the shrinkage of the material while printing. This worked in my case, I used generic TPU with great results.

Your printer and material is different. You might have a test print by printing the first cm only to estimate the fitting. You might scale the print in x/y direction afterwards.

To thighten the handles you need for each a 10mm M3 screw and a M3 nuts (SW 5.5mm).
