Description

This is a air assist mount, designed for the Ortur LaserMaster 2.
Might also fit to different brands with same laser (40mm width).

This mount is meant to be fed by a 6mm tube, which can be sourcing from a airbrush compressor or a air pump for fish tanks. By reducing the exit hole to 1mm or little bit larger, the air gets a nice pressure to work as simple air assists for the kind of laser it is designed for.

.. this version has an 6mm opening, which can be used to mount (screw in with litle force) a 3d-printer nozzle of 6mm screw with, and for example 1mm exit hole, or smaller.
(I personally did test it with a 1mm nozzle, smaller might for the pump to work rader, or air flow can be reduced instead).

This is my way to contribute to the laser cutting/engraving community, with a simple solution for simple tasks. It should help for both laser cutting and engraving to get better results and to avoid pollution for the fumes toward the laser lens.
