Lampshade Version 2

Lamp shade that can be used with either the side retention screws or the center screw on retention nut type lights. This should be used with only relatively cool LED light bulbs. Do not use with hot incandescent or halogen bulbs!!! The bulbs in these pictures are 8w LEDs. I think 6w would be about the right brightness.

These were printed with natural non-yellowing PLA plastic. PETG would be an even better choice, but I didn't have any at the time. With single wall construction, both types of plastic will be flexible enough not to be fragile and brittle. I used a 0.8mm nozzle with a 0.4mm layer height.

I used Simplify3D to slice the model with 2 separate processes. The first (bottom) process was solid going from 0-11mm with no top layer. The second (top) process from 11mm+ was spiral vase mode with no top layer. There is a horizontal wall 11mm from the bottom, which is why the bottom process has "no top layer".
