Ender 3 PSU power supply 2x 80mm fan

My power supply was getting pretty hot when printing PETG due to the High bed temperature so I decided to upgrade its fan.

V2: Added holes so the air can flow out of the power supply.

Hardware:
8 - M4 x 16mm... The length varies depending on the fan height;
8 - M4 brass insert;
4 - M3 x 5 mm (to hold the cover);
4 - M3 brass insert;
