SOVOL SV01 SAVIOR KIT

On this thing page you will find my accessories for the Sovol SV01 3D printer. Some parts matches Creality's parts bank and can also work on Creality's priters.

The SV01 is a pretty good printer out of the box, there's not many functionnal things to upgrade. Only accessories. Enjoy what's seems usefull to your eyes.

• The 2 parts bottom cover allows to use silent fans. The factory fans are the major noise source of the SV01.

• The RaspberryPi platform lays under the genuine display for low footprint and very quick mount/maintenance.

• The Xmotor cover allows to maximize print area to 300mm in the X direction.

• The carriage combo brings the filament sensor just over the extruder while guiding the wires to the back of the printer. Just add a PTFE tube between the filament sensor and the extruder.

• The rail led stands behind the gantry and provide a good enlightment of the part from behind. Use 24v leds or add a power ducker.

• Nema17 Motor dampeners
• Dual side PEI magnetic flex plate (300x300mm trimmed to size)
• Y belt cover (SV01_Rail_Cover.stl : thing3935224)
• Fan duct (SV01_FanDuct.stl : thing4496885)

No need of :

• BL touch and BL touch mount
• Frame stiffeners
• Z leadscrew synchronization

November 23th 2021 : Added a bed leveling doohickey.
November 23th 2021 : I changed the bottom cover for a steel one, using the 2 printed parts as a template. This is a bit more quiet.
