Description

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3057058/remixes that is made to fit on 4040 / 4080 aluminium extrusions. I made this for cable management on my sim rigg. I have made two different sizes so far (plan to make on small also) Medium 23mm inner diameter Large 30mm inner diameter And there are two models described below Note! When printed with support the gap in the joint of the clip arm is filled and that makes it harder to losen. Type 1 is made of two parts, the cable clip and the T-nut that is inserted into the 4040 / 4080 extrusions. These are just screwed together with a M3 12mm (thread) long screw. I didn't need to use any metal nut in the T-nut. Type 2 is made in on piece (idea from Kristian Ask) and is just inserted and twisted 90 degrees to lock. The T-nut I used is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2943783 since that one was to large to rotate 90degrees. Any t-nut for 4040 alu extrusions should work fine.
