Oral-B Toothbrush Braun 3757 dual wall mounts

Two holders:
for dual toothbrush (3 different versions)
for quad heads

The thing was inspired and partially remixed from following sources:

Given holders are unpluggable from wall mount - for ease cleaning.

I designed some versions. Though providing all of them, I'd recommend the 4th one - it has less issues with stagnant water.
