Description
Protects your carbon bar against cracks and your foamies from letting dirt underneath
You will need
-TPU or any flexible
-Hard plastic with good layer adhesion (pla, petg). print in nylon if your rig can handle it
-m3 brass threaded inserts (i used 6mm)
-M3 hex countersunk screws with ~10-14mm threaded part
infill
-mid part (flexible) 40-50%
-outer part 100%
-Inner part 30-100%
lightly grease the coned parts before assembling, to make it easier to squish the mid one
measure your handlebar internal diameter and choose one of the variants of the mid part:
rubber_176 - outer diameter 17.6mm
rubber_178 - 17.8mm
rubber_18 - 18mm
