I've found some neat Designs here on Thingiverse quite similiar, here is why i did my own Design:
1.: Learning - I am a FreeCAD Noob, so that complicated Parts were really really ideal to dig into FreeCAD
2.: I've printed one Design found on Thingiverse and i were not happy with it:
-Button did not fit without rework and the Top Part had no Shape to let it clamp and snug fit
-Not made for M3 Screws and press fit Nuts
-Posts for screwing together did not had some 1/10mm for forcing fit
-Big big Walls of the Bottom Shell - want to print them transparent, so i want similiar wall sizes where i can
-Only STL files available, no good Way (for me) to have Designs for upcoming Adoptions in Mind as: Own PCB for Wireless/USB, Bend Protection,...

Here i share stp and stl Files and FreeCAD Project Files as well.
Note: The FreeCAD Files are only holding imported .stp Files of Top and Bottom Shell! This is caused by my not optimal Workflow - have to learn a lot ;)

Materials needed:
2 pcs Sanwa (Clone) 30mm Arcade Push-Buttons:

1 pc Sanwa (Clone) mini Arcade Stick (that one without PCB, Top Plate is mounted with 4 Screws underneath Dust Washer

3 pcs M3 press fit nuts (choose the longer ones if you can)
3 pcs M3xwhatever Screws with zylindrical Head (typically hex driven)
1 pc DB9 (Atari) Joystick Extension Cable if you want Bend Protection

Printer Setup:
This should not be to crucial - PLA should work well for that Device and you wont struggle with Shrinking and Adheasion Problems.
hard to tell what matches your Needs, i've done one with:
Printer: Wahnhao DI3, Upgraded aluminium Heatbed and BuildTak
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Filament: Esun ABS+ (Not useable for Acetone smoothing)
Walls and Shell: 1mm
Layer Height: 0.1mm
Additional Notes: Top Part has to be rotated by 180 Degrees as it is exported as Constructed (too lazy to do that ;) )

Short Build Instructions:
-Print Top and Bottom Case Parts if not done already ;)
-Insert both Buttons - they should snap in smoothly
-Remove Ball and Dust-Plate from Joystick
-Unscrew the 4 Screws holding the Aluminium-Plate
-Mount Joystick Mechanic with the 4 Screws
-Insert M3 press fit nuts with a hot (300°) Soldering Iron
-Check holes for M3 Screws in Bottom Case Part
-Do the Wiring Job (see Wiring)
-Close the Shells and gently screw them together (no Force needed)
-Play

Note: Please measure the DB9 Pinout by your own!! Colours differ from Cable to Cable - TAKE CARE!
The Male DB9 can be opened with a Jig Tool or a Trapezoid Cutter with Ease - when opened write down the Colours!
