This is Parts used to convert a 01 Crown Victoria Dash Cluster to look and retain functionality within a 53-55 F-100/F-250 Dash without cutting the wiring harness.
############################# PARTS ##################################It will require 2 parts to be printed:53 Cluster (16).stl- Is the Insert that goes into the Stock Cluster
53 Spacer Adapter (6).stl - This connects the back of the CV Cluster and onto the 53 Cluster allowing enough room to let things work
I have also added a split file of the spacer adapter for printing on smaller printers.Parts Needed/Recommended:

*Hot Glue Gun - This will be used to secure the gauges to the 53 Cluster
*M5 Screws - This will connect the Cluster to Spacer Adapter
*M3 Screws - Will connect the CV Housing to the Spacer Adapter

On your cluster, you will want to cut the metal bezel down to be even with the side mounts. I have added a picture Showing the lines where i cut my bezel
Each Gauge will need to be cut to fit, I found the easiest way to put the gauges on is to hot glue them to the back of the cluster. You just have to be very precise and cut them to fit without interference or cutting the gauge.
For the speedo gauge there is a hole to put 1 screw in.
The reset switch can be used if you drill a hole in your glass but will require a screw driver or pin to press
Wiring is simple, you use bullet connectors to the gauges and then wire them to the proper connections or T10 Bulb convertors for LEDS.
For BackLights - I found the adhesive LED strips work best to get a solid brightness
