Lithophane Housing for standard Picture Frame (18x13cm)

Ich habe kein Gehäuse für normale Bilderrahmen gefunden, also musste ich es selbst anfertigen, es ist für Standard-Bilderrahmen 18x13cm geschaffen, das Lithophane-Bild hat die Maße 182mm x 133mm x 4mm inklusive 4mm Rand, der im Lithophane-Maker gewählt wurden.

Die LED-Streifen habe ich auf eine Metallplatte geklebt, diese dient als Kühlkörper, zusätzlich befinden sich oben und unten im Gehäuse Lüftungsschlitze mit Lichtfallen, um Temperaturprobleme zu vermeiden und möglichst wenig Licht austreten zu lassen.

die Ausschnitte an der Seite des Gehäuses sind für Schalter, DC-Buchse und Sicherungshalter mit Standardmaßen, es sollte kein Problem sein, die Sachen zu bekommen. Für die Fassung der Schrauben verwende ich M3-Gewindeeinsätze von Ruthex, diese lassen sich leicht mit einem Lötkolben einschmelzen. Alle Bauteile sind auf Amazon oder Ebay zu finden.

I glued the LED strips on a metal plate, this serves as a heat sink, additionally there are ventilation slots with light traps at the top and bottom of the case to avoid temperature problems.

the cutouts on the side of the case are for switches, DC socket and fuse holder with standard dimensions, it should be no problem to get the stuff. For the socket of the screws I use M3 threaded inserts from Ruthex, these are easy to melt in with a soldering iron. All components can be found on Amazon or Ebay.
