X-Acto Gripster Replacement Body

2 X-Acto Gripster Replacement Bodies. The first one is a duplicate replacement (Not shown, but identical to black body without logo). I used this for 2 years. While the internal metal components help to support the plastic body, there is a gap roughly an inch up from the blade which tends to flex under constant pressure and eventually gives way. I increased the diameter (Lighter Grey) this go round to strengthen the part and in some ways improve grip ergonomics. I even included my business logo (removed for these files).

In the latest thicker body, I lightly sanded the outside to remove layer lines. The thinner body version (not shown) I sanded lightly but left some of lines deepest cavities giving it a unique horizontal streak and texture.

I added a brim and printed vertical with no issues. Tolerances are close. You may have to file the inside slightly.
