Cam-Lock Lever Extension for Flex Plate

This is for doing a build plate with a flex plate on of the bottom of the stock glass plate for a CR6-SE with a total build plate thickness, plus or minus, .351 inches (including aluminum, glass, magnetic base, and flex plate). I designed four different one, with and without the pull tabs, and also with or without insert holes for the mounting nuts. The inserts are so use can still use the OME bolts and have room to fit a 5.5mm driver onto the nut. You will need to get (4) 3M nuts for the mounting tab since they where originally tapped into the OME one. The bottom of the mounting tab designed the same as the OME one so if you already have tab that have printed out that you like still use then they should mount up just fine with the tabless design. This will also help fix the bed shorting problem and you should have no need for adding kapton tape under the them.

I happen to run out 3 mm nuts so I printed some temporary ones, so I included them to print also if needed. You will need to re-tap them, but they'll work.

HARDWARE:

(2) 3Mx25 mm bolts for the front extensions (depending on with one you use).
(4) 3Mx10 mm bolts for the rear clips.
Use the OME cam-lock lever, spring, and the pin that holds the bolt inside the spring.

PRINTING POSITIONS:

Tab Extensions - Rotate 90 degrees on side w/o supports. Or if your worried about structural strength leave upright w/ supports. Either way should work just fine for this.

Clips - Rotate 90 degrees so they are on there sides.
