s800 Mobius Mini V2 - Pan/Tilt Mount (Pan only option available too)

Updated the original pan-only mount to include a tilt, for full pan and tilt options! It requires a pushrod connector with a 4mm long thread. The whole can be drilled out larger if necessary but after about 4.5mm, the threaded portion of the connector will be rubbing your camera.

I used 2 9g servos. a 35mm M3 bolt and nut are used as the tilt pivot mechanism. You could probably use two shorter bolts and nuts and put one in each side of the print if you need.

I have also included the mount I use to secure it into the nose of my S800 flying wing. Anywhere that a servo can be inserted vertically, this pan/tilt will work.

I shortened the rear of the pan mount to make removing the fuselage cover easier. I also cut out the bottom of the camera mount portion for weight savings but left enough space to glue a velcro strap to the bottom for camera storage. For Pan/Tilt, you will need the Mobius Pan and Tilt Middle.stl and Mobius Pan and Tilt Topt.stl (spelled wrong in the file name and I'm not going back to change it). The Pan-only option is still available as Mobius_Mini_mount.stl.

OLD INFORMATION
This is a pan-only, light-weight mount for the Mobius mini. It is designed to fit a servo arm (I don't know which brand of servo I use, as they're Chinese, but the length of the arm is around 20mm). This protects the camera in case of a light crash, while allowing easy access to the buttons, LEDs, charger, and secures the SD card in. It was designed for the camera to be upside down to allow the threaded tripod mount (doubles as a heat-sink in Mobius cameras) to be exposed to the air.

I don't remember which FOV my Mobius has, but the lens shroud does not appear in the video. The lens shroud extrudes ~1.5mm past the Mobius lens.

I do not plan on uploading the servo mount that I'm using, as your needs will vary, but if you need it, just ask.

Use Velcro to secure the back of the camera. Pictures of my print didn't have the velcro gap already modeled, so I filed them away. The available STL has been remedied.

Printed in PLA and works great. I'll probably try TPU next time and scale the model down so it is very snug.
