Anti-backlash Z axis / Rattrapage de jeu axe Z

Z axis Antibacklash, provides a great stability to the Z axis. On an idea from my brother and I, The 3 springs softly tighten the PLA threads on the Z screw to avoid any unwanted movement.
The E3v2 is a great printer, this item doesn't change the result by an important ammount but my prints look smother and it was really fun to design and fit, so I'm very happy with this.

1. Mount the 3 circulars springs (Ressorts) on the anti-backlash (Rattrapage jeu)
2. Screw and unscrew the anti-backlash on the Z axis until it slides softly
3. Bring the X carriage all the way up the Z axis
4. Unscrew the carriage nut and screw the anti-backlash together

Voici un dispositif de rattrapage de jeu pour l'axe Z que mon frère et moi nous sommes amusés à designer. Les trois ressorts resserrent les filets en PLA sur la vis de Z ce qui interdit tout retour en arrière.
La E3v2 est déjà excellente donc ce dispositif n'est pas déterminant néanmoins mes prints sont de meilleur qualité avec de élévations très régulières depuis que j'ai installé cet appareil.

1. Monter les trois ressorts sur le rattrapage de jeu
2. Visser et dévisser plusieurs fois le rattrapage dans tous les sens jusqu'à ce qu'il circule librement.
3. Remonter le chariot de X jusqu'en haut
4. Dévisser les deux vis de l'écrou en laiton positionner le rattrapage de jeu revisser
