Fog Factory

Just a very simple, ultra stylish fogger / humidifier / mist creator. It looks amazing (particularly at night with its LED light and the fog coming out of the chimney) while creating a pleasant atmosphere (particularly in heated / air conditioned rooms). Here is what you need: - An ultrasonic atomizer / humidifier with LED light (approx. $ 8). The slightly better ones come in a metal case but the plastic variety should be perfectly fine. - A 24V/1A power adapter (in case your atomizer does not already come with one). - A small 30 mm (3010) 24V fan (approx. $ 1.5) PRINTING. As usual, this should be a simple print. No plate adhesion or supports needed. Print one each of the bottom and top parts, the little fan cover (lying flat on its back), and the chimney inlay (basically optional but it really helps to prevent the water from spilling). WIRING and ASSEMBLY. Wiring is really simple but nevertheless, remember, it's electricity, so make sure you know what you are doing and always keep your power adapter away from water! Mount the fan (so that it will suck the air from the outside - for most fans this means that the label will point to the inside!) and fan cover with 4 M3 screws to the top part and lead its cable through the little opening in the top part. The atomizer comes with a relatively long connecting cable. Cut this cable and connect the fan and the atomizer (after leading its cable through the opening in the bottom part) to the cable (I used small screw terminals). Make sure that the fan's red connector is connected to +. Also make sure to seal the connection watertight, just in case (e.g. with hot glue). Place the ultrasonic atomizer in the round section of the bottom part, lead the cable to the small dry section (the slit, which is meant to provide some dry space for electronics ect.). Add water to the container so that it covers the atomizer (but does not spill into the dry compartment), add the lid, insert the inlay into the chimney, connect to power and ENJOY.

I REALLY HOPE YOU LIKE IT AND IF YOU LIKE IT, PLEASE LIKE IT! Thanks!

Enjoy!
