Dillon XL650 Cam Roller

Can roller for Dillon XL650. It would probably fit others. There have been several cam rollers floating around. This one has the registration slot.

Recessed nut and screw heads for a cleaner look and safer operation. Stress line eliminated or reduced by allowing the body to follow the contour or the bearing.

I printed mine with ProtoPasta PLA-CF at 100% infill. I used 1mm nozzle but you can probably get away with 0.6mm.

1mm nozzle, 50mm/s, 100% infill, Simplify3D estimates 15 minutes. Actual is closer to 30 minutes with raft.

This build requires the following:
1x 626z bearing (19x6x6)
1x M6x1.0 12-14mm Button Head Screw (button heads are shorter than socket heads)
1x M6x1.0 Thin Hex Nut (3mm for cleanest look)
2x 10-24x1/2 Socket Head Screw
