Servo grommet spacer -std servo w 4.5mm ID mounting holes

This servo grommet/spacer will work with standard size servos with 4.5mm internal diameter servo mounting holes (Futaba, Savox, BK, Xpert, ProTek, Align, and perhaps others). It will not work with MKS servos (4mm ID mounting holes) or KST or Torq servos (5mm ID mounting holes). These are meant to be used with M2.5 thread screws. I designed the tolerances pretty tight. Will need to print with supports.
