Xiaomi scooter bag holder

Nuts and bolts:
M3x45mm 4 or 6 pieces (I think 4 can do the job...) + M3 nuts (4 or 6 too)
M4x20mm 4pcs + 4pcs nuts
Would recomend to secure it with doubble sided tape to make sure it will never slip on the bar/pipe on the scooter
