Mesh Cleaned: Simple Parametric ER 11 Collet Drawer

I realized that the mesh produced by the openscad file had some problems:
As you can see on the pictures there where some tiny surfaces left over where one object was substraced from another. Just thought I would post the improved version here in case somebody would need it.
