Perfectionist Ring Puzzle

Recreated an old meme with 3d printing. The original (I think) inspiration can be found here: https://vimeo.com/20824303.

Clearances are bit sloppy due to some dimension issues I was having and the terrible printability of the filament I was using.

###parts

• rings segments are split in half (a & b) for easier printing
• segements 1-5 & 7 use a small cube to index to two halves together for gluing
• segment 6 uses pins to index the sides together
• test layout of index cubes in increasing sizes to test tolerances
• stand holds ring up for display and has a spot for an insert disk
• a blank insert disk to customize if desired (remixes forthcoming)
• zip of the whole ring segments
