Vaccine depositories (pharmacy, doctors, vaccination center, etc.) did not have a 3 vials for protection from light and avoid overturning. Cold can circulate between bottles.

Compatible with 6 x Ø16 vials (BioNTech or Johnson&Jonhnson) and 3 x Ø24mm vials (Moderna or AstraZeneca)

AstraZeneca / Moderna: 10-11 doses / vials x3 vials = 30-33 doses / boxes
BioNTech / Janssen: 6 doses / vials x 6 vials = 36 doses / box

"Precautions should be taken to minimize stirring or agitation of vaccines during transport due to product fragility, as recommended by manufacturers. [...] As far as possible, the vials should be kept in their box during transport. If this is not possible, the vials should be kept in place (without rolling) in the storage device". Sheltered from the light.
