Rain proof PVC chicken feeder cover

I needed a rain tight cover for a 4 inch PVC clean out plug for the chicken feeder I designed. The PVC plug is water tight if you torque it down but I didn't want to hassle with that each time I used it. Here is a cover that fits over the PVC clean out threaded end and provides a drip edge over the PVC. I used silicone to attach the cover and a sharpie pen to highlight the printing. This simple feeder is for the inside of my chicken tractor instead of outside as I don't like feeding the rodents or making gruel when it rains.
