WPL D12 Rims V3 (5mm hex)

Note: Slice the .stl file directly using Cura. If you try to "fix it" or "clean it" using other software, it might give unwanted result. Just check the printing simulation to make sure all is fine. I always test print and test the end result myself, before I upload any of my design.

This rim use 5mm hex, so it can be use on WPL D12 or any other WPL / MN RC Car (C14, C24, C34, MN D90, MN45, MN99, etc).

5mm_lips = distance from outer rim lips to the wheel center is 5mm.
7mm_lips = distance from outer rim lips to the wheel center is 7mm, and so on.

A (5mm lips) and B (7mm lips) rims looks same from front view, but if you use “A” rim, the “Style” part will be 2mm offset. In short, the “B” rim will look better. But, if you need the rim position closer to the chassis, then print the “A” rim (you’ll know what I mean after you print it).

I made it two pieces so I can change the style without have to re-print the drum. I design it so it looks like it using a disc brake.

I print using white ABS and then make it smooth using acetone vapor then spray it in chrome color. You can print it with PLA or other material.

D_14mm_lips_max_deep doesn't need support to print. While the other need support at the center.

All rims have same width, the difference is only the offset.

I design it to work fine with Ender 3 V2 standard setting (no horizontal expansion edit). It might work differently with your printer tolerance, so I suggest to test print first.
