Here is a 3D printable version of the SRAM AXS Road Chain Gap Tool compatible with SRAM 12-Speed road rear derailleurs and cassettes 10-26t through 10-36t.

The tool should print fine with just a skirt but if you're having build plate adhesion issues try a raft with a 3 mm margin.
