Motorized Z-axis of Drill Stand (BG6117)

This can motorize Z-axis of BG6117 drill stand by adding stepper motor. With CNC updated mini XY-table,

you can build low-cost CNC machine.
I just confirmed the movement and did not try milling yet.
So, I may need to improve this.

This drill stand can hold 775 motor. So, I ordered ER11 and the collet for it.
Then, I can control the motor from MKS DLC, too.

You need to use
(1) BG6117 Drill Stand, such as https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33026663294.html
(2) M3x10 Bolt, 9pcs.
(3) M3x8 Bolt, 1pcs.
(4) M3 Insert nut, 10pcs.
(5) M5x12 Bolt, 2pcs.
(6) M5 Nut, 2pcs.
(7) M6x90 or 80 Bolt, 1pcs.
(8) M6 Nut, 2pcs. When you insert the nuts in to Pusher.stl, you need to find good direction to rotate the bolt smoothly.
(9) NEMA17 Stepper motor, 17HS4401S etc, 1pcs.
(10) D3mm x ~80mm Metal rod, 2pcs.
