Leeloo Dallas Covidpass!
This was made and printed on a Elegoo Mars Pro but should work on FDM printers also

Fixed a few things people have asked for
1.) Bottom right box the recess didn't line up, fixed
2.) Added an option to print a hard back for it for less floppy cards.
