Adjustable Spline Jig

This is a simple spline jig for table saws. It comes in two sizes, 200mm width which should fit on most desktop printers and 300mm which is suitable for bigger printers. The FreeCAD file is included and should allow you to customize the size at will by adjusting the parameters in the dimensions spreadsheet.

Each of the sizes comes in both an imperial and a metric version. The metric version has a 10mm thick back platform, and the imperial version has a 1/2" platform. This will allow you to use the distance scale on your saw's fence with a simple offset added for the jig. Both the spline jig and the included clamps (which use 1/4" bolts to secure to the platform of the jig) should print without supports by orienting them on their backs.
