Description
I modified the "inner" part that the belt pulley attaches to, the bolt hole is now suitable for the stock M5 bolt and there is no need for a spacer/bushing on the sides of the belt. The "body" part is now 3mm shorter than the original one, for easier mounting and the screw hole has been made a bit smaller for 4mm bolt and moved a bit to the side to give space for extra X axis carriage clearance. All parts have been prescaled up/down for improved clearance.
UPDATE 12.5.-21: Added V2 of inner part, it has slightly improved tolerances, some fillets and a cutout for the nut of the idler pulley's bolt.
If you have problems with mounting, i recommend taking the pulley off the X-axis motor, while mounting, it can easily be slid back with the belt after mounting.
