Had some Issues with layerbonding with the center part. I'm now printing an updated geometry of the sections with the issue with some other slicer settings and hope to solve this. Update will follow!

Remix for 3D printing instead of laser cutting. The outline was taken from the Elephant Phone & Pen Holder by Davey West (West3DP@Thingiverse). Then modified into a 3-piece model for printing and gluing together. Guides are provided for easier joining. If you like, you maybe can certainly modify this part so that it also works as a plug-in connector. Scale 1:1 results in: Depth 226.5 mm Height 139.6 mm Width 132 mm (in Fusion easily modifiable via parameter d3, for 132 mm Google Pixel 5 fits in in landscape position) At this size, it takes ~48 hours for me to print the 3 pieces (center piece is still printing, 10h to go, then I will also supply photos of the finished assembled part...). Fitting of the guides is optimized for 1-to-1 printing with my printer (inside dimensions will be tighter), adjust if necessary (dependent parameters).

Dann modifiziert zu einem 3-teiligen Modell für das Drucken und Zusammenkleben. Zum leichteren Fügen sind Führungen vorhanden. Wer mag kann das Teil bestimmt so modifieren, dass es auch als Steckverbindung funktioniert. Maßstab 1:1 ergibt: Tiefe 226,5 mm Höhe 139,6 mm Breite 132 mm (in Fusion leicht über Parameter d3 veränderbar; 132 mm ist passend für Google Pixel 5 im Querformat) In dieser Größe dauert der Druck der 3 Teile bei mir ~48 Stunden (das Mittelteil druckt noch, es wird noch ~10 Stunden dauern, dann stelle ich auch Fotos vom fertig zusammengebauten Teil zur Verfügung). Passung der Führungen ist für 1zu1-Druck mit meinem Drucker optimiert (innenmaße werden enger), ggf anpassen (abhängige Parameter).
