Voici la VALHÖLL (V Screw).
C'est une grenade sonore a impact qui est réutilisable et qui fonctionne avec des amorces ce qui et très sympas à utiliser en intérieur et extérieur.

C'est un grenade en développement et qui peut avoir plein aspect et de style différent selon vos envie.

Matériel requis:

-1 vis M5 x 50 ou 60 mm
-1 vis M4 x 20 mm
-1 Rivets ou vis M2 x 20 mm

-2 écrous M5
-1 écrous M4

-1 Goupille de
sécurité et boucle de porte-clés

-1 ressort AEG 50 mm
-1 colle forte
-1 Tube PVC (diamètre extérieur: 32 mm, diamètre intérieur: 25 mm), longueur: 70 mm OU vous pouvez imprimer le tube.

Instructions de montage:
Pour Vous aidez Regarder le fichier "View 3D".

• 1 Pour le perçage et la coupe du PVC, utilisez le fichier 3D nommé Blueprint.
• 2 Collées aux deux extrémités du tube PVC les pièces "Lock System"
• 3 Fixez avec de la colle le "Pin lock" sur le "Top"
• 4 Placez le "Spoon" sur l'ensemble du capuchon supérieur et fixez-le avec une vis M2 ou un Rivet.
• 5 vissez la vis M4 au "Bottom" et fixez-le avec l'écrou M4.
• 6 placer "Ring 8 x 9.40 mm" sous la tête de vis. Fixez-le avec une petite goutte de colle si il ne tien pas en place.
• 7 vissez le "Against weight" avec 2 écrous M5 aux deux extrémités

-1 M4 nuts

security and key ring buckle

-1 AEG 50 mm spring
-1 strong glue
-1 PVC tube (outer diameter: 32mm, inner diameter: 25mm), length: 70mm OR you can print the tube.

Assembly instructions:
For Your Help Watch the "View 3D" file.

• 1 For drilling and cutting PVC, use the 3D file named Blueprint.
• 2 Glued to both ends of the PVC tube, the "Lock System" parts
• 3 Fix with glue the "Pin lock" on the "Top"
• 4 Place the "Spoon" on the top cap assembly and secure it with M2 screw or Rivet.
• 5 Screw the M4 screw to the "Bottom" and secure it with the M4 nut.
• 6 place "Ring 8 x 9.40 mm" under the screw head. Secure it with a small drop of glue if it doesn't hold in place.
• 7 screw the "Against weight" with 2 M5 nuts at both ends
