Description
Hey, I've made a lot of progress on this design since this was my first try with fastening prints the self together. You can get the upgraded version on cults 3D. I've had more than 3 complete redesigns. It no longer is heptagon, but changed it to bestagon. There is close to 100 hours in designing and play testing In that upgraded version https://cults3d.com/en/creations/hex-dice-box

Designed 3D from scratch as I used 1,2mm Wall thickness.
I found that 3 perimeters for 0,4mm nozzle has the best stiffness as 4+ perimeters (1,6mm) take pretty long and two perimeters (0,8mm) is just not enough.
The middle is great for holding a few medium, maybe even some large minis.
The cover is fastened by fixing brackets around the main hole. I've tested the print and at first I encountered a problem, where the fixing brackets were not reaching deep enough, so I fixed it by elarging them 1mm, which fixed it and now the cover holds really well.
There is 0,1mm space between brackets and tray wall, so it takes a little practise to close it properly, so be careful, not to snap them off. I tried to get them as big as i could without compromising space for minis.
