Hemera Fan Duct & BLtouch Sensor Mount

Designed to fit the E3D Hemera hotend, this is a dual purpose part cooling fan duct & BL Touch sensor mount.

The fan duct is designed to fit a common 5015 Blower-style fan. Through my own use, I can say this duct/fan combo moves a lot of air! Thus far I've only used upto 35% fan speed, which has resulted in excellent part cooling

Since the duct is located close to the hotend, I recommend printing in ABS / ABS+ or another type of plastic that has a high tolerance for heat exposure.

There are several STL options to choose from.

"Fan duct.stl" is the complete part. Printing is tricky since the BL Touch sensor braket overhangs the bed & needs support to print.

"Fan duct pt1.stl"
"Fan duct pt2.stl" The fan duct is split into 2 parts for easier printing. The only downside is the 2 parts need to be glued together (I used Scigrip 16, but epoxy should also work) If you choose to print the 2 peice fan duct, support is not needed.

"Fan duct without BL touch.stl" This part is only the fan duct (no BL touch bracket)

"Fan duct.step" Is the 3D model you can use to modify the design if required
