Two Trees Bluer hotend mod v1.2

For "Two Trees Bluer" 3d printer.
Note: Do not print on PLA, PLA deforms with heating of the hotend. For MK8 / MK7 hotend, do not use with the volcan block.
Probe x axis offset: -10
Probe y axis offset: 20
Probe z axis offset: -1.7 (varies according to throat adjustment)

5015 duct and 4010 duct
