Battery Adapter for Bosch

This is for all of you which have an old 12V/14.4V Bosch drill with dead NiMh batteries and want to use your Li-ion batteries from your new 12V Bosch Professional Tool

This should fit the green as well as the blue Drills. I tested it with my PSR 14,4-2

There is some room in the model to place a undervoltge protection circuit.
If you don't use a protection circuit for the battery please be carefull not to discharge your battery too much since the Bosch professional Batteries have no internal protection.

Printing:
I printed the "bottom main" part with supports. Be carefull,when removing the support material, to not break your part, as i did.
all other parts printed nicely without support.

Hardware needed for assembling:

• 7x M4 x 12 - like DIN 912
• 3x M4 Nut
• 2x 6,3mm male blade terminals like TE 293041-1
• 2x 1mm Brass shim 12.5mmx68mm (you could probably use a piece of 0.8mm copper clad for this instead)
• 1x Spring approx. 8mm dia and approx 70mm in length. see thing:3107232 for details.
• Wire to connect the connectors.
