UPDATED WITH SPLIT STRUCTURE FOR BETTER PRINTING!
Started to need mounts for my mirrors, since the originals have proven to be quite fragile and I've lost 4 out of six already, resulting otherwise all good mirrors hanging on the shelf obsolete. Hence I fixed the model to be directionally better printable in pieces that can be put together with cyanoacrylate aka superglue using tiny pegs for precise alignment.
I hope the parts are self evident enough on how to put them together. You may want to give a little fine sanding to the gluable surfaces to improve the adhesive bonding.
Quill version to Zéfal Spin and Cyclop mirrors mount. You need M5 40mm bolt, flat head or cylinder, sunken won't work and a regular M5 nut to assemble this to the end of you handlebar if you don't have the original screw left. For PLA it's recommended to use 0.8mm nozzle and 3mm filament, if you have that option, that should make the print strong enough. Can't guarantee 0.4mm being of adequate strength, at least not without special attention in strength in printing settings and filament choice.
