Smartphone otoscope (Work in progress)

This is a work in progress otoscope that slots onto your phone and uses the phone light.
I am designing it for @3dCrowd who are creating a free repository of 3d printable medical kit for crisis situations.

I am looking for feedback on how it works on different phone models and how it can be improved.

There are two versions, Version 1 is for phones that have the camera towards the middle of the back and Version 2 is for phones that have the camera towards the edge.

For Version 1 print:
1 x V1 holder
1 x otoscope
1 x otoscope base
2 x nut
2 x clip

For Version 2 print:
1 x V2 holder
1 x otoscope
1 x otoscope base
1 x nut
1 x clip

Once printed the otoscope should fit over your camera and light. In your camera app you should be able to see down the tube of the otoscope and the light should shine down to illuminate what you can see.
