IF YOU WANT THE FLAG LARGER - what I did in print

I scaled it up uniformly so that I had the width I was after (130mm). Then turned off uniform scaling, and reduced z height back down to 2.8mm so that they layers work.

Everything is 0.2 divisible. So that's the better layer height. Each different top layer colour is 2 layers thick.
