It is designed so that they can be stacked one on top of the other, following the design of the original organizer.
It can be stored in the insert designed to store Catan + Expansion in the original game box:

Inserto para almacenar las cartas del Catán con fundas, incluyendo espacio para que quepan las de la expansión de 5-6 jugadores.
