Relay / Boxer / Ducato Rear Door Cable Extender

This can be used to relocate the rear door handle on at least the vans mentioned in the title, maybe others as well.

Parts required:

• 6x m3 heatset brass inserts
• 1x m5 heatset brass insert
• 4x 8mm countersunk m3 bolts
• 2x 12mm countersunk m3 bolts
• 1x 8mm M5 bolt + washer
• 1x reclining chair handle (e.g https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07MYDH1N8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
• 1x bicycle gear cable (e.g https://www.wiggle.co.uk/lifeline-essential-gear-cable-set-shimanosram)

Optional: some means of adjusting the tension. you can get inline barrel adjusters (e.g https://www.wiggle.co.uk/bbb-in-line-gear-barrel-adjuster) or ones designed for going into a rear derailleur (https://www.wiggle.co.uk/lifeline-cable-stop-barrel-adjuster-inline-adjuster or https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/234050689781?hash=item367e821af5:g:hq4AAOSwzD5gxiji). I used something like the latter, and tapped some threads into the chair handle
