Lighting, lighting set, lamps, LED for TAMIYA Dirt Thrasher, Manta Ray, Blazing Star, Neo Top-Force, DF-01, TA-01

These are the brackets for a lighting for the legendary Tamiya DF-01/TA-01 chassis. It can be used for the following models: "Dirt Thrasher", "Manta Ray", "Blazing Star", "Neo Top-Force" and possibly other models using the Tamiya DF-01/TA-01 chassis.
I have combined these parts with the LED lighting set from Reely ("Profi 4-Kanal Lichtsystem" Art. 1877009 / EAN 4053199911943) and - what can I say - just great!

The parts offer the possibility for the installation of:

• Front headlights (can be switched off via CH3 with the Reely set using the remote control)
• Indicators left + right (front and rear)
• Rear lights (can be switched off via CH3 on the Reely set using the remote control) and with brake light function)
• Rear reversing light

Everything can be added without having to modify the model. Everything can be restored to its original state. The front part is slid onto the metal bracket that holds the lower wheel suspension. The rear part is screwed to the plastic part to which the shock absorbers and the rear spoiler are attached. To mount the rear part, you need a M3 nut and a M3 screw and two plastic screws.

To use the Reely-Set it has to be rewired. The included wiring harness can only be used conditionally.

With the exception of part "Rear V3 P2.stl" all parts can be printed without support. Layer height 0.2mm, infill 35%.

The holes for the LED may have to be redrilled to match the diameter of the used LEDs (indicator LEDs 3mm, all other 5mm).
The LEDs and the covers may have to be fixed with glue. But on my parts the LED-covers held without glue and even fixed the LEDs at the same time.

The Fusion 360 construction files (.f3d) are included!

Es handelt sich hier um die Halterungen für eine Beleuchtung für das legendäre Tamiya DF-01/TA-01 Chassis. Es kann für folgende Modelle verwendet werden: „Dirt Thrasher“, „Manta Ray“, „Blazing Star“, „Neo Top-Force“ und evtl. auch noch weitere Modelle die das Tamiya Chassis DF-01/TA-01 nutzen.
Ich habe diese Teile mit dem LED Beleuchtungsset von Reely („Profi 4-Kanal Lichtsystem“ Art. 1877009 / EAN 4053199911943) kombiniert und – was soll ich sagen – einfach spitze!

Die Teile bieten die Möglichkeit für den Einbau von:

• Scheinwerfer vorn (Bei dem Reely-Set über die Fernbedienung über CH3 abschaltbar)
• Blinker links + rechts (vorne und hinten)
• Rückleuchten (bei dem Reely-Set über die Fernbedienung über CH3 abschaltbar) und mit Bremslichtfunktion)
• Rückfahrtscheinwerfer hinten

Alles lässt sich anbauen, ohne das Modell modifizieren zu müssen. Alles lässt sich wieder in den ursprünglichen Zustand zurückbauen. Das Front-Teil wird auf den Metallbügel aufgeschoben das die untere Radaufhängung festhält. Das Heck-Teil wird an dem Kunststoffteil verschraubt, an dem die Stoßdämpfer und der Heck-Spoiler befestigt sind. Um die Halterung für das Heck-Teil aufzubauen wird eine M3-Mutter und eine M3 Schraube sowie zwei Kunststoffschrauben benötigt.

Um das Reely-Set benutzen zu können muss es neu verkabelt werden. Der mitgelieferte Kabelbaum kann nur bedingt benutzt werden.

Mit Ausnahme von Teil „Rear V3 P2.stl“ können alle Teile ohne Support gedruckt werden. Schichthöhe 0.2mm, Infill 35%.

Die Bohrungen für die LED müssen ggf. nachgebohrt werden, um den Durchmesser der genutzten LEDs zu entsprechen (Blinker-LEDs 3mm, alle anderen 5mm).
Die LEDs und die Deckel müssen ggf. mit Klebstoff fixiert werden. Bei meinen Teilen haben die LED-Abdeckungen aber ohne Klebstoff gehalten und haben sogar gleichzeitig die LEDs fixiert.

Die Fusion 360 Konstruktionsdateien (.f3d) sind dabei!
