Mini Lathe 5 inch 3 and 4 hole chuck pattern

This printable template is to be used with 125mm or 5 inch chuck.
My lathe spindle has 3 holes and i needed to install an independent 4 jaw chuck that had 4 mounting holes.
This template guided me where to drill so i can mount this chuck to my lathe.
Only 2 holes required to drill.
One of 3 holes is used as a starting point so only 2 new holes needed.
